The following deprecated methods have been removed:

	DocumentTemplate::formWidthText()
	PageLayoutView::getBackendLayoutConfiguration()
	PageLayoutView::wordWrapper()


Impact
======

Calls to these methods will result in a fatal error.


Affected Installations
======================

Instances with third-party extensions calling one of these methods.
